can i cancel my keto kitchen plan?

If you wish the cancel the plan after the first week, you will be refunded for the remaining 3 weeks.

can i pause my keto kitchen plan?

You may pause your plan at anytime. We will have a spot for you when you wish to start again (must be resumed within 2 months). Please gives us 1 week notice before pausing.

what do you mean by coaching?

You’ve got us for free for the 1st 4 weeks – milk it but don’t abuse it! Ask questions, take notes & pay attention. It will pay off and you’ll get better results. After the 4 weeks expire, coaching packages are available for purchase.

what macros do you use?

We work with traditional keto macros of 70% Fat / 25% Protein / 5% Carbs and send you anywhere from 30 – 40 grams of carbs per day so you have some wiggle room to eat on your own if you need to.

what if i have food allergies, sensitivities or dislikes?

We will accommodate your needs. Let us know about your food allergies, sensitivities and dislikes when you sign up!

when is the first delivery?

The first delivery starts on Sundays.
